The Indoor Level 1 Parkour class teaches practical movement skills and how to constructively process the fear that comes with some of them - running, quadrupedal movement (crawling), balance, jumps, landings, rolls, vaults, tic tacs, wall runs, climbing... Our goal is to help you be able to overcome any obstacle put in your path. Everything starts slow and slow, and you work at your own level.

Beginners are most definitely welcome! You don't need previous experience to join us. An entire team of experienced, certified teachers will help remind you what's it's like to move with agility...through progressions and repetition. "What we aren't good at, we practice." We'll encourage a high level of energy and help you push your limits, mental and physical, in a relatively safe environment. What is Parkour?

Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, etc. Our method of training requires that you warm up with the group. If you miss the warm up, you'll have to miss the class.

** We do not use paper waivers. Everything is digital with us. All students must be registered through our online system. When an adult signs themselves up, and/or when a parent signs up their child, it will be a requirement to agree to our Liability Release. When you "Agree with the above terms" during the registration process, that's like a digital signature.
